FAQs

We understand that life and relationships can change. You can request an update to your message, recipient list, or delivery method at any time by submitting our Update Request Form. We recommend reviewing your instructions yearly to ensure they still reflect your wishes.
-
In most cases, no — your message will be delivered as planned. We work directly with you, not your family, and follow your instructions exactly as you leave them. Your messages are stored privately and delivered discreetly to the recipients you’ve chosen. We do not notify others or seek permission once you’ve passed.
-
All letters, videos, and instructions are securely stored in encrypted digital archives and/or sealed physical formats. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We follow strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect your legacy.
-
We offer annual check-in options for clients who wish to regularly revise their message. You can book a brief update session or submit a new version directly. Some plans include free annual updates; others may include a small fee.

Yes. Once we receive official confirmation of your passing (through a designated contact or public notice), we initiate the delivery process. Your message will be released exactly as instructed — whether it’s via email, physical mail, video playback, or public reading.
-
You can leave letters, audio or video recordings, public speeches, anonymous notes, or even ceremonial instructions. Whether it's love, closure, apology, or truth — we help you shape and preserve it.
-
Yes. If you prefer, your message can be delivered without revealing your identity. We offer anonymous message delivery for clients who want their words heard but not attributed.

We require confirmation through pre-designated contacts, obituary notices, or death certificate verification. No message is ever released without this step to protect your privacy.
-
No, we serve a completely different purpose. While lawyers focus on your legal and financial affairs (like wills, estates, and power of attorney), Last Messages Concierge Services focuses on your emotional legacy — the personal things you want to say but may not have had the chance or courage to say during your life.
-
IWe take every step to ensure your message is safely stored and delivered as you intended. However, a few rare circumstances could delay or prevent delivery:
Missing or incomplete recipient information.
Lack of official notification of your passing.Unclear or conflicting instructions.
Outstanding updates or unfinished drafts.
Extreme or harmful content.
Recipient is deceased.
-
Our primary focus is posthumous delivery ensuring your words are heard when you’re no longer able to say them yourself. However, we understand that life circumstances can shift unexpectedly, and sometimes a message needs to be shared sooner.
In special cases, we do offer early delivery of messages while you are still alive. This may include:
Terminal diagnoses with a desire to create closure early.
Long-distance family separations.
Major life events or anticipated memory loss.
Pre-arranged emotional ceremonies or legacy recordings.
These requests are handled with the same care, privacy, and professionalism as our after-death services.
You may also request to schedule a delivery date in the future, even if you’re still living, as part of a living legacy plan.
